A massive ‘Thank you’ from us to everyone who got involved!

We have worked really hard for five years to get these products with the main retailers – we hope that when you see them out there you’ll be able to make the most of it – or try them, if you haven’t yet.  Please remember if don’t use it, you’ll loose it!

As might be aware,  supermarkets will only keep products available on their shelves if they are selling at reasonable rate.

Therefore, if you enjoy our products and think they are worthy of their space on the shelves, please let your friends and family know about them too.

Please find below the list of Asda stores Isabel’s mixes are available at – good luck, I hope your local store is on the list!

Mini cheesebread bites

Available from Waitrose

185 billion Brazilians are absolutely adore this snack, which luckily for some, happen to be gluten and wheat free… they are available from Waitrose stores in the UK.

You love our football and the carnival amongst other things… I have a feeling that if you try this product you’ll fall in love with it too.

They are a great and fun  snack for kids and adult too.

All you’ll need to prepare these delicious mini cheesebread bites is:

Mini Cheesebread Bites

250g of Isabel’s cheesebread mix

160ml water

2.5 Tbsp vegetable oil

100g of grated cheddar cheese

1 larger egg lightly whisked

Pre-heat the oven to 200C (180C fan oven) Gas Mark 6.

Place the ingredients in large bowl. Mix well by hand or pulse in a food processor until

all the liquid is absorbed by the flour and the dough becomes smooth and pliable.

Take small pieces of the dough and roll into small balls of approximately 3cm diameter each piece. Place on a non-stick baking tray 2cm apart.

Bake for 20-25 minutes. The mini cheesebreads will be ready when they start to turn slightly golden. (Don’t forget to use oven gloves!)

A treat on their own!

Freezing instructions:

1. Mould the unbaked dough into balls and place on a non-stick baking tray 2cm apart. 2. Cover with cling film and put them in the freezer. After 3 hours remove from the freezer. 3. Place frozen dough balls into freezer bags and use within 2 months. bake direct from frozen on a pre-heated oven.
